‘The Happy Tourist’. Small challenges for tourists and locals, a fun way to become a better tourist in your own or another city.
People will return to travel the world, and they should. What we can do is try to reinvent tourism as a force of good. So that in the new world that emerges from the pandemic, tourists will be invited to act sustainable and add a positive impact to the places they visit.

The Happy Activist teams up with Tours that Matter and Nomadic Existence to introduce the “Happy Tourist”. Starting in Amsterdam, we have the vision to grow into an international movement with the aim to motivate tourists to give back to the places they visit.
